Through continuous development, we have now formed a complete blank production line, a finished product production line, and a complete inspection system, and has passed ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification. Now we are dedicated to the development and production of tungsten-carbide wear parts and bearings, oil pipe thread tools, CNC tools, lithium battery slitter blades, and other customized products.

Our Story

Our company has a long and successful history.

• In 1992, the founder started the development and production of carbide nozzles. This is the company's first product line, supplied to Hughes' joint venture in Chengdu.
• In 2004, we established a carbide threading tool production line, which has since become our flagship product.
• Since 2006, we expanded our product line to include CNC cutting tools.
• A year later, in 2007, we started producing cemented carbide blanks by ourselves. Since then, we have continually improved the quality of our products and developed more product forms.
• In 2014, we started deep cooperation with Sichuan University to develop carbide milling cutter items.
• At the beginning of 2019, we launch our TC radial bearing project.
• We keep continuing our growth with the 2022 establishment of our battery industry blade workshop.
• In order to better satisfy the demands of our clients and to expand our production capacity, we are building a new plant and expect to start production in 2024.

Plant Area: Currently, the factory covers an area of 10,000 square meters, and is expected to reach 40,000 square meters next year.

Facilities: There are over 200 production equipment available for producing raw materials and finished products.

Employees: Out of over 160 employees, approximately 100 are skilled operators and 20 sales representatives.
