• CVD-coated cermet: CVD-coated cermets are one or more layers of thin films formed on a cermet substrate by chemical vapor deposition technology. This coating can significantly improve the hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance of the substrate. it has uniform coating, high hardness and good wear resistance. Suitable for precision machining, mold manufacturing and heavy cutting.
• PCD-coated cermet:: PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coated cermets are one or more layers of thin films formed on a cermet substrate by physical vapor deposition technology. It  has  uniform coating, with excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance.PVD coated metal ceramic inserts are particularly suitable for applications requiring high precision and long life cutting tools, such as aerospace, automotive manufacturing and medical equipment.
• Carbide: It is made of refractory and high-hardness metal carbide powder and binder (such as cobalt, molybdenum, nickel) under high temperature and high pressure. It has excellent hardness and wear resistance with high cutting efficiency.Carbide inserts are widely used in metal processing, mining, oil drilling, etc. High hardness and high wear resistance make the inserts capable of various complex and harsh processing environments.

• CBN(Cubic Boron Nitride): CBN is a synthetic superhard material, its hardness is second only to diamond.It has high hardness, high thermal stability and excellent chemical stability.CBN tools are particularly suitable for processing high hardness and high wear resistance materials, such as hardened steel, cemented carbide.
• Ceramic:  Ceramics are an inorganic non-metallic material, usually made by high-temperature sintering of non-metallic elements (such as oxygen, nitrogen, silicon.) and metal elements (such as aluminum, magnesium, titanium.). Cermics has excellent wear resistance, high temperature resistance and strong corrosion resistance. so that they are suitable for high-speed cutting, dry cutting and hard cutting, as well as machining cast iron, high-strength steel.
